At the Blizzard Gear Store, we want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your legendary loot. If your fashion items don't fit your character just right, you can return or exchange eligible unworn apparel within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Quest
Log into your account and visit the Order History section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number.
Prepare the Loot
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the apparel is in its original, unworn condition.
Dispatch the Package
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location to begin the journey back to our warehouse.
Claim Your Reward
Once our team inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange item within 7 to 10 business days.
